Be social and laugh!




Isolation and lack of communication are the top two causes of depression, mental, and physical illnesses. Regardless of how hectic your family and work life may be, make an effort to allocate some time for friends and engage socially with them.

Our well-being is dependent on our interactions with others. Engaging with others helps reduce stress levels. Laughter therapy, which involves laughing with others, serves the same purpose of reducing stress. Everyone craves acceptance and friendship, which can only be achieved through socialising with others.


Don't take life too seriously. Those who maintain a happy disposition, smile more, and actively seek happiness tend to have a higher quality of life compared to those who are constantly worried. Being joyful and laughing more are crucial for a fulfilling life.
